"Ponchos needed in the condos!"

This condominium in Alexandria suffered a lot of water damage due to a busted pipe. There were five levels including the hallways that were affected in the event. The break started on the 5th floor and trickled down to the units below. This resulted in damage to ceilings, walls, and flooring. The property manager contacted a contractor to fix the burst and shortly after, SERVPRO of Alexandria arrived on the scene to restore the damage. The team took on all the affected floors and quickly restored the property to preloss condition. This was done efficiently so we could get the tenants back in their homes, "Like it never even happened." 

When asked if we could have done anything better or differently, the management group replied, "Nothing needed, SERVPRO of Alexandria's performance was already exceptional."
